A man who shot two burglars in the back won't be facing any charges. Unbelievable. They weren't on his property. He wasn't in danger. The dispatcher even told him not to confront the men, but he did it anyway.
"I'm gonna kill him," Horn said.
"Stay in the house," the dispatcher said.
"They're getting away," Horn replied.
"That's all right," the dispatcher said. "Property's not worth killing someone over. OK?"
"---damn it," said Horn, who then defied the dispatcher.
"Well, here it goes, buddy, you hear the shotgun clicking, and I'm going," he said.
"Don't go outside," the dispatcher warned.

Yeah, WTF. I wish this had least gone before a jury. I don't think that even the guy whose house they had robbed had a case for shooting to kill. What is the legal limit here? I shot him because he looked at me funny?
