The Human Spider Sisters

Ganga and Jamuna Mondal (known as The Spider Sisters) are conjoined twins with 2 heads, 3 legs, and 4 arms.  They're the third oldest conjoined twins.  It's amazing how well they are able to move around.  Sadly, they have to work in a freak-show to help support their extended 22 member family.

Dear Top Scientist: Here is a rocket

Bioephemera has a cute post on a letter about a top secret rocket design that was sent by a young boy in 1957.  The boy mailed his blueprints to "A Top Scientist" at Australia's Woomera Weapons Research Establishment hoping that the experts would be able to fill in the details on how to make it all work.  52 years later, his letter is finally going to get a response.  

"But I don't want to go among mad people..."

There are new trailers out for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland and Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island.  I'm excited to see them both.
